Development
Marisol Building is
among Aruba's luxury mixed use buildings, offering
condominiums, prime office space, and retail space in
one building, with 13,000 sqft. of commercial space on
two floors. Located on the L.G. Smith Boulevard, across
the street from the beautiful Wilhelmina Park, Marisol
is considered the beginning of downtown, and is on the
main road through town. Local offices for Digicel and
Stanford Bank Trust.
Miramar Building,
located in the heart of Oranjestad, offers prime office
space to Aruba's leading professional companies, such as
PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IMC Trust. With 10,000 sqft. of commercial
space, Miramar was built in 1991, and received the
Aruban Architects Association design award for the best
office building.
Seaside Building As an effort to further
capitalize on Aruba’s most prominent real estate areas,
CRD Group has acquired L.G. Smith Boulevard # 64.
Located right next to MiraMar Building, its acquisition
will allow us to increase our real estate assets in
order to continue with our company’s expansion. It
also created a much needed parking solution for the
growing complex, and it is also the Aruba offices for
"vanEps Kunneman van Doorne".
Villa Catharina
will offer 12,000 sqft. of commercial space and is
currently in the planning phase. It will be located on
Lagoenweg # 3 right behind Marisol and adjacent to
Miramar Building. This building is intended to
capitalize the highest and best use of the corner
between L.G. Smith Boulevard and Lagoenweg. When
completed CRD Group will have over 35,000 sqft. of prime
commercial space available in the down town area.
Wayaca Commercial Park
is a office warehouse facility with over 15,000 sqft. of
enclosed space, located less than 1km from Aruba's
airport. The property has a large container loading dock
with space for two simultaneous containers, and the
courtyard is fully paved.
Azul Development
has acquired 14 acres of
premium waterfront property on Bonaire, and intends to
develop and sell an upscale waterfront community
supported by a flagged upscale hotel and casino. The
waterfront living – with your boat docked no more than
15’ from your patio/garden – is unique to Bonaire and
the region, and is among the strong features of this
development.
The project, once
complete, will consist of 130 hotel rooms, 76
three-bedroom Casitas, and 15 villa properties. The
infrastructure will include 325 parking spaces, 125 boat
slips, three swimming pools, and 1.2 kilometers (3/4
mile) of waterfront.
Other Developments
As an agent for the Aruban
government, was responsible for over $200 million worth
of new and redeveloped real estate projects. That work
included more than $150 million in new projects as well
as more than $100 million in redevelopment.
Those projects included the work with
the financing and development of the Radisson Aruba, the
refinancing of the Hyatt Regency
Aruba, and the sale of Marriott Vacation Club and Divi Phoenix
Hotel.
