Construction
Cas
Bunita, our construction company, has completed several
commercial and residential projects on Aruba, primarily
executes the projects developed by CRD's development
arm. With a
complete fine carpentry department that specializes in retail store build
out, the company is able to offer a complete new build and
renovation solution to small to medium sized
projects.
We
are about to start construction on Villa Catharina, a 12,000
sqft mixed use building, where Cas Bunita will function as
General Contractor and carpentry contractor. At the same
time construction will start on the Seaside Parking garage,
which will expand the parking vertically from 22 to 60
spaces.
We
also built "Persistence", a 34' sport fishing yacht.
The vessel was built based on drawings acquired in the US,
using fiberglass and polyester resin. The interiors and
decking were fabricated with composite wood of epoxy. We
worked on several marine upgrade projects aboard sport
fishing boats of all sizes. The company is proficient in the
use of epoxy and polyester, and has expertise in fine wood
work for interior spaces.
